Job summary

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Senior Product/Strategy professional to own and optimize our community content product strategy (Square), focusing on post ranking, recommendations, distribution, and filtering. You will drive engagement, retention, and growth while shaping the long-term roadmap across the content ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in strategy or content products, with Web3/fintech familiarity, and strong analytical and cross-functional

• Experience with post ranking and content recommendation.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy design and optimization for a community content product (Square).
• Improve user experience, engagement, and retention through better content ranking.
• Define long-term roadmap for content ecosystem, including classification and distribution mechanisms.
• Design and iterate content recommendation strategies with DAU growth in mind.
• Analyze engagement vs. core user behaviors and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration.
• Independently manage full product cycle from strategy to data validation and iteration.
