Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program in Singapore seeks a motivated Full Stack Engineer (AI) to contribute to end-to-end product development, covering frontend and backend under guidance from senior engineers. You will integrate AI coding tools into daily workflows and translate requirements into working implementations, growing into an autonomous full stack engineer.

You will be a seed learner, proposing improvements to product, design, and engineering processes, while collaborating with a global team

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or AI-related major.
• Hands-on project experience (courses, internships, open-source).
• Foundation in at least one backend language (Java/Go/Rust/C++).
• Familiarity with Node.js and frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of database design.
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools.
• Self-driven and curious about learning.
• Strong logic and communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily development workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack "seed learner" — absorb practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer.
• Proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience (personal, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count).
• Foundation in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Rust, C++).
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools clearly.
• Self-driven, product-minded, and passionate about learning new technologies.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
