Binance Accelerator Program in APAC remote is seeking a driven Full Stack Engineer. You will collaborate with senior engineers to develop features across frontend and backend, while learning AI coding tools and applying them to real projects.

Candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS or AI-related fields, with hands-on project experience and knowledge of Java or Golang, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks. This role offers remote-first work and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in CS or AI-related field.
• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions).
• Fundamentals in backend development with Java or Golang.
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience building end-to-end projects is welcome.
• Basic understanding of database design and backend concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend andbackend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ClaudeCode) into your daily development workflow
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations withreduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team — absorb full stack practices,contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggestimprovements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus
• Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count)
• Foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience building end-to-end projects — personal, academic, or internship projects all welcome
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts
• Familiarity with mainstream AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools
• Self-driven and boundaryless — eager to learn, willing to go beyond assigned scope
• Product mindset — curious about the "why" behind what you build
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills; passionate about learning new technologies
