YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert for a remote, worldwide contract. The role focuses on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems, evaluating AI-generated outputs and training data with strong accounting judgment.

Experience in AI training or human data evaluation is required, and familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 is highly valued. Flexibility and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial accounting, corporate accounting, or FP&A.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
