TrainMind seeks an experienced Investment Banking / Private Equity professional to support an AI training and financial modeling project. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on replicating real-world financial workflows to improve AI financial reasoning systems.

Responsibilities include building detailed financial models (LBOs, DCFs, operating models), evaluating AI-generated analyses for accuracy, and delivering audit-ready outputs aligned with top-tier banking standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of on-desk Investment Banking or Private Equity experience at a top-tier firm.
• Strong track record in deal execution, modeling, valuation, and financial analysis.
• Ability to construct models independently and articulate assumptions clearly.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Commitment to 20+ hours/week, remotely and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed financial models from scratch, including LBOs, DCFs, operating models, and transaction-driven analyses.
• Evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated financial reasoning for accuracy and rigor.
• Review deal-related scenarios and materials to improve clarity and analytical depth.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to enhance AI financial realism.
• Deliver structured, audit-ready analysis aligned with top-tier banking standards.
