We are seeking experienced business process managers who can train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20+ hours weekly) and competitive compensation at $70/hour.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps.
• Experience authoring SOP playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks to improve task accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize capacity planning models, forecasting spreadsheets, and workflow maps to support operations.
• Author SOP playbooks and business cases demonstrating cost and cycle-time reductions.
• Produce precise, well-formatted documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with clear written communication.
