We are seeking finance and accounting professionals with 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or audit support to train our language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or internal/external audit support, with hands-on ownership of close reconciliations and audit request schedules.
• Deep fluency in GAAP, PBC documentation standards, and spreadsheet-based control testing.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage monthly close reconciliations and journal entry packages; support audit requests and PBC docs.
• Maintain vendor and expense audit trails and prepare variance summaries for budgets.
