Job summary

Binance is seeking a Research Data Scientist for its Accelerator Program in Singapore. You will work with senior scientists on cutting-edge research problems at the frontier of LLM reasoning, post-training alignment, and agentic AI applied to crypto markets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in ML, CS, Math or related field.
• Expected graduation in 2026, 2027, or 2028.
• Strong Python and PyTorch proficiency; C++ or Rust exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments in reasoning model training, post‑training alignment, test‑time scaling, or evaluation.
• Review and synthesize NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL papers to inform research directions.
• Implement model variants, training procedures including RLVR-based approaches, and evaluation protocols with PyTorch.
• Track experiments with reproducibility tools like Weights & Biases.
• Explore the intersection of LLM reasoning and crypto-native data for Binance.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate research into production constraints.
