Job summary

BIT is seeking a rigorous US Equity Research Analyst to join our research and content team. The role focuses on deep-dive fundamental analysis of US-listed companies and producing high-quality written research to empower platform users.

You will conduct in-depth research on major US equities, build earnings models, and deliver timely market commentary. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with ability to translate Wall Street research into accessible Chinese content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of experience in buy-side/sell-side equity research, financial journalism, or research-driven content operations within fintech brokerages.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Exceptional written skills in Chinese and English, with a track record of publishing clear, structured, and insightful equity research reports.
• High fluency in reading and translating Wall Street research reports into original, audience-friendly Chinese content.

Responsibilities

• Deep-Dive Fundamental Research: in-depth research and financial analysis on major US equities and mega-cap tech stocks.
• High-Impact Content Creation: stock deep-dives, earnings previews/recaps, sector themes, macro overview reports.
• Valuation & Financial Modeling: analyze financial statements, build/verify earnings models, evaluate metrics.
• Timely Market Reaction: provide concise commentary on market movements, geopolitical shocks, or policy shifts.
• Data & AI-Driven Productivity: use Bloomberg/FactSet/TradingView and AI tools to streamline research workflows.
