Job summary

Binance is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join the Risk/Data team in Singapore. You will support building SQL-based data pipelines, analytics workflows, and data standardization initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

This role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale data processing in a real business environment. You will gain experience with data modeling, dashboards, and reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Solid SQL skills; Hive/Spark SQL familiarity is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Strong interest in data analytics, risk control, or fraud detection.
• Good communication skills; eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining SQL-based data pipelines and analytics workflows.
• Support data standardization and normalization projects (e.g., address parsing, entity resolution).
• Help build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis under mentorship and present findings to the team.
• Assist in monitoring data quality and implementing validation logic.
• Collaborate with team members on cross-functional data projects.
