Job summary

IQPC Worldwide PTE LTD is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join the Delegate Acquisition team in Singapore. You will identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, and drive revenue through effective outreach and consultative selling.

You'll build long-term relationships with senior professionals, tailor conference solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value while meeting quarterly targets in a fast-paced events environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, prospecting, client acquisition, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with relevant sales, retail, or customer engagement experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Experience in the conference, events, or B2B industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client consultations to understand business needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
