Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B marketing or events.
• Track record of campaigns with measurable registrations or revenue.
• Strong digital marketing and audience acquisition knowledge.
• Ability to own budgets and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end marketing strategies for B2B conferences and events.
• Own registration targets and translate them into campaign plans.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, social, content.
• Manage audience segmentation and database strategy.
• Collaborate with sales to support delegate revenue and sponsorship goals.
• Monitor funnel performance and optimize CPA and ROI.
