Job summary

Hupo is an AI-native startup delivering sales enablement products for the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. We are seeking a Customer Success & Account Management Associate to support enterprise accounts and cross-functional teams in a remote APAC-friendly role.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate renewals, assist with proposals, and contribute to customer operations and commercial processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales operations, customer success, or account management.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM records, renewal timelines, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
• Support CRM automation, system setup, integrations, and process improvements.
• Assist with account planning, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and action tracking.
• Support renewals, proposals, expansion opportunities, and other commercial activities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, client documentation, reports, and internal materials.
• Assist with vendor sourcing, quotations, purchase coordination, and other operations.
