The company seeks an Industry & Product Researcher to benchmark competitors, review product experiences, and convert external insights into practical input for product and R&D teams, supporting decisions across CEX, Web3, and crypto payments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, industry research, or competitor research.
- Strong understanding of crypto industry and on-chain/crypto products.
- High sensitivity to industry trends and competitor moves.
- Good product sense to judge real innovation and user value.
- Strong user perspective to evaluate experiences in real scenarios.
- Global mindset with understanding of regional differences and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Continuously track key competitors across CEX, Web3 and Pay-related lines; build/maintain a competitor intelligence database.
- Conduct hands-on product reviews and UX testing of competitor products across key flows.
- Analyze product innovations and translate insights into actionable optimization suggestions.
- Follow global market trends and regional product experience differences; produce benchmarking analyses.
- Deliver monthly or quarterly industry and competitor analysis reports by business line.
- Combine industry reports with on-chain data to form market insights.
