Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Channel Solution Architect to empower regional partners across Southeast Asia. You will be the technical authority enabling pre-sales, demonstrations, and evaluations, ensuring partners can articulate Dragos value to OT and security stakeholders.

The role requires strong cybersecurity expertise, experience with OT environments, and the ability to travel regionally up to 50%. You will collaborate with the Channel Account Manager and contribute to partner enablement

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with channel partners (VARs, systems integrators, OEMs, technology partners)
• 3+ years in pre-sales or solution architecture within a technical product environment
• 5+ years in cybersecurity
• Familiarity with OT and industrial verticals (oil/gas, power, water, mining, manufacturing)
• Strong technical background including network architecture and passive monitoring/collection design
• Excellent presentation, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience enabling others via partner enablement or training
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Enable partner technical sellers and support Dragos-led evaluations in the region
• Demonstrate Dragos value proposition to OT and security audiences
• Help partners identify genuine OT security opportunities and qualify them
• Deliver partner demos and answer technical questions
• Gather inputs for solution sizing: site count, network architecture, protocols, assets
• Build and maintain partner enablement materials and curricula
• Provide field support and coaching to partner sellers during customer engagements
• Escalate and communicate regional requirements back to Dragos product teams
