Job summary

Dragos, Inc. is seeking a Channel Solution Architect to empower regional partners across Southeast Asia, enabling them to identify opportunities, qualify customers, and position Dragos effectively in OT and security contexts.

The role partners with the Channel Account Manager to provide technical leadership, design evaluation plans, and ensure successful customer outcomes while traveling up to 50% across the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with channel partners with enterprise software partnering strategies and sales planning.
• 3+ years of pre-sales or solution architecture experience in a technical product environment.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with OT and industrial sectors like oil and gas, power, water, mining or manufacturing.
• Strong technical background including network architecture and passive monitoring/collection design.
• Strong presentation, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience enabling others through partner enablement or technical training.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Enabling partner technical sellers and removing the need for a Dragos engineer in every conversation.
• Enable partner field resources to support evaluations with Dragos designs and plans.
• Build and maintain enablement programs, certification pathways, and reusable technical assets.
• Provide technical support to partner-sourced opportunities and coach partner sellers in live customer scenarios.
