GitLab is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build strong candidate pipelines for our sales team in APJ, fully remote. You will focus on finding and engaging passive talent for sales roles, while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics.

This 12-month contract role emphasizes outbound sourcing, market mapping, and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting or sourcing passive candidates in outbound environments.
• Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles in software.
• Strong research skills to map talent across markets.
• Ability to align with recruiters and hiring managers on needs and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and engage passive candidates for sales roles across APJ using LinkedIn and outbound channels.
• Build pipelines with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and profiles.
• Map talent markets and gather intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and ensure timely communication with candidates.
