Job summary

OpenAI in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sourcer to drive talent outreach and strategy for business roles across the organization.

You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers, build targeted searches, craft thoughtful outreach, and manage candidate relationships through the early interview stages, with a hybrid Singapore-based work model and opportunities to engage at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience sourcing talent.
• Experience sourcing for non-technical roles such as sales, policy, communications, legal, finance, operations, marketing, etc.
• Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent at a premier tech company or high growth startup.
• Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume with responsiveness and care to stakeholders and candidates.

• Take a highly organized and data-driven approach to candidate tracking and pipeline health.
• Represent OpenAI and engage with candidates at conferences and events.
• Effectively lead and contribute to cross-functional projects.

About the Role

We're seeking to hire an experienced Sourcer that will drive our talent outreach and strategy for our Business roles across OpenAI - including Core, Go to Market, Sales, and Technical Success roles. You'll work with our existing team members, including Recruiters, Coordinators, Sourcers, and any cross-functional partners needed to succeed.

Our team has an outsized impact opportunity for someone who has deep experience Sourcing and driving all the front-end candidate funnel stages. As a Business Sourcer, you'll own hiring manager relationships across your organization, identify and engage leading talent in their respective fields, and partner with our recruiters and leaders to optimize the teams.

Location and Workplace

This role is based in our Singapore office. Our offices use a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
