The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer to build and own APAC candidate pipelines for Engineering and Applied Science. You will translate briefs into targeted sourcing plans, engage top talent, and collaborate with recruiters and leaders to drive hires across multiple APAC markets.

You will leverage advanced search techniques, AI-assisted tools, and data-driven methods to optimize talent funnel performance. This role emphasizes diversity and inclusive hiring across distributed teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
Experience across multiple APAC markets; adapt to local talent ecosystems.
Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into focused sourcing plans and test assumptions.
Proven pipeline development to interviews and hires in technical roles.
Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and ML.

Responsabilités

Develop and own sourcing strategies across APAC for Engineering and Applied Science roles.
Build and manage talent pipelines across markets, balancing immediate hiring with long-term relationships.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define profiles and handoffs.
Engage hard-to-reach candidates with personalized outreach.
Use funnel data to optimize outreach, qualification, and conversions.
Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation expectations.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve research depth while protecting candidate privacy.
Diversify channels through communities, referrals, and open-source projects.
