Job summary

Movemedical is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end customer implementations across APAC. You will serve as the primary contact, run meetings, and drive delivery from kickoff through go-live and support handoff.

You will thrive in a fast-changing environment, taking ownership, communicating clearly, and solving problems as they arise. Remote work aligns with our distributed team and global customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM experience delivering customer implementations.
• Strong, proactive communication and meeting leadership.
• Ability to own plans, budgets, and customer relationships with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with non-standardized processes and solving problems on the fly.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (JIRA preferred) and common办公 tools like MS Office and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and handoff.
• Serve as the primary APAC contact, building trust with customers.
• Lead status meetings and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Identify blockers and escalate early to protect timelines and budget.
• Track budgets, forecast financials, and handle change orders when scope shifts.
• Explain the product to customers and assist with troubleshooting without configuring it.
