Job summary

IP-TRIBE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end telecom solution deployments across APAC. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to commissioning, coordinating internal engineering teams, vendors and customers to deliver on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes proactive expediting, risk management and adherence to SDLC, with familiarity in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods. Travel as needed; PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university.
• 4–6+ years of telecom project management experience.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor integration projects.
• Professional certifications (PMP, Agile) are a plus.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery Acceleration

• Own the full lifecycle of turn-key telecom solutions, from planning through commissioning, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Be the central coordinator, seamlessly orchestrating internal engineering teams, external vendors, and key customers.
• Apply "expediting techniques"—proactive strategies, scenario planning, and laser-focused coordination to compress timelines and swiftly dismantle project roadblocks.
• Leverage your proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Kanban) and adaptive methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to drive efficient execution.

Technical Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Provide technical oversight for software development and IT management activities, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Champion and enforce SDLC best practices across all phases (planning, execution, testing) to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Governance, Risk Management & Documentation

• Proactively monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget using advanced verification tools.
• Identify, analyse, and escalate potential risks and issues to management, proposing well-defined and executable mitigation strategies.
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, ensuring audit readiness and clear knowledge transfer.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

• Cultivate and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with key customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Serve as the primary communicator, providing clear, proactive updates on project status, risks, and critical decisions.
• Inspire and motivate multi-disciplinary teams toward a unified goal, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 4-6+ years of dedicated experience in telecom project management.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor integration projects.
• Relevant professional certifications (PMP, Agile certifications, etc.) are a definite plus.
