Job summary

revup consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple digital initiatives across APAC.

You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and governance, while coordinating with business teams to align priorities with IT and external vendors. The role requires strong stakeholder management, familiarity with web/app development and integrations, and a PMP or Agile background is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple digital projects at the same time, across different APAC markets
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance documentation
• Work directly with business teams (marketing, sales, commercial, back-office) to gather requirements and align priorities
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, digital functions, and third-party vendors
• Run structured project intake, scoping, and prioritization
• Lead projects through all phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Launch, and Handover to Business-As-Usual
• Maintain delivery quality and standards
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support ongoing application maintenance after launch, including data upkeep and issue tracking

What You'll Need

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of project management experience / in managing digital projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across different APAC markets
• Working knowledge of web/app development, system integrations, and software delivery, and the ability to work well with developers and technical vendors
• Strong stakeholder management across both business and technical teams
• PMP or Agile certification (Scrum/SAFe) is a plus
• Comfortable using project management tools
