Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/service/commissioning in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors, especially electrical/instrumentation/control.
• Experience with root cause analysis and reliability methods; asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and examine reliability data from field studies and equipment history.
• Develop gap analyses and propose improvement plans to enhance reliability.
• Lead RCA initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders; drive action tracking.
• Identify critical spare parts and stocking levels; support technical review meetings.
