iCapital is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Singapore. As Vice President, you will develop and manage iCapital’s GP and Asset Manager relationships, contributing to international strategy in the APAC region.

Based in Singapore, you will lead relationship management for Asset Managers, coordinate with internal teams, and drive client engagement through new products and initiatives while staying ahead of market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in Private Markets/Private Funds in Asset or Wealth Management.
• Experience in fund structuring, platforms, or selection; knowledge of Private Equity helpful.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

iCapital is seeking to hire a Relationship Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Singapore. As Vice President, this individual will contribute to developing and managing iCapital’s GP and Asset Manager relationships, contributing to the development and delivery of iCapital’s international strategy in the region.

In this role, the VP will support the relationship management activities of iCapital with a primary focus on Asset Managers in the APAC region. iCapital’s rapid global expansion creates an opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. This position will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a key contributor to the Client Solutions team in APAC in executing the relationship management strategy for the region with a focus on Asset Managers
• Own and develop relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of coordination across iCapital
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Asset Managers and GP partners throughout the APAC region
• Drive client engagement and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through new product launches, strategic initiatives, and enhanced service delivery
• Take ownership for contributions to strategic projects and work alongside colleagues in developing and refining the iCapital International offering
• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, competitive dynamics, investor demand and industry trends, sharing insights with colleagues across regions.
• Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams (Research & Fund Management, Product Development, Enterprise Integration Group, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Technology & Operations, etc.) to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Solid academic credentials with minimum Bachelor’s degree and advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Private Markets/Private Funds in the Asset or Wealth Management industry
• Ideal candidate will have solid experience in fund structuring, fund platforms, and/or fund selection
• Adequate exposure to Private Equity and/or other Private Markets asset classes, and an understanding of the distribution model is highly preferred
• Able project manager and ability to organise and structure a multi-faceted workload with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills with demonstrated capabilities to build trust, and seek to align stakeholders at all levels
• Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management
• Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude
• Fluency in English require

Employees in this role will work in the office fourdays, with the flexibility to work remotely one day (Friday).
