Job summary

Roche in Singapore offers a Regulatory Policy & Intelligence Intern role in APAC. You will support tracking regulatory developments, analyze impacts on business operations, and contribute to strategic projects in a dynamic healthcare regulatory landscape.

The position provides exposure to policy papers, collaboration with country teams and global experts, and mentorship from seasoned professionals. Ideal for students in public policy, law, or related fields seeking hands-on regulatory experience.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Public Policy, Law, political science, IR, or related field.
• Interest in regulatory affairs, policy, healthcare, and government relations.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, curious, and creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• English language proficiency required; additional APAC languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and assess impact of regulatory policy changes across APAC.
• Develop advocacy positions and policy papers with global and country teams.
• Contribute to regulatory policy initiatives on prioritized topics.
• Support strategic communications to stakeholders and internal platforms.
• Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
