Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to strengthen regulatory and MI reporting functions. You will perform analytics on available data, prepare timely returns and management information, and ensure compliance with PDPA guidelines where applicable.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in regulatory and MI reporting, with a degree or diploma in Finance, and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Access, Tableau, and Python.

Qualifications

• Degree/ diploma in Finance or relevant working experience
• At least 4-5 years of experience in regulatory and MI reporting
• Background in Project Management and Implementation
• Able to work in dynamic and fast pace culture
• Hands-on knowledge on Microsoft Access, Tableau, Python etc.

Responsibilities

• To improve controls and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness through streamlining initiatives.
• To perform analytics on available data and reports
• Assist in providing timely and accurate returns, management information, reporting of regulatory compliance
• Ensuring the sections' Desk Instruction Books are updated regularly with in-depth details to enable relief covers to perform the jobs.
• Conducts investigations/gathers information so that timely responses to customers’ requests and instructions are maintained
• Coordinating, monitoring and preparing all reports/returns & ensuring that they are submitted timely & accurately.
• Proactive in identifying issues and provide timely resolutions
• Proactively review/recommend/implement best practices and workflow improvements to achieve increased productivity
• Perform sub-team planning on productivity and execution of reporting/MI governance related requirements.
• Being familiar and keeping up to date on regulatory changes and Group guidelines.
