Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an Officer, Regulatory Reporting Analyst 2 to join the Finance team. You will assist in producing and submitting regulatory filings to local regulators, including MAS 610, and collaborate with Risk, Treasury and Business units to ensure data integrity.

The role requires 0–2 years in financial services or regulatory reporting and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience within financial services/audit/regulatory reporting.
Basic knowledge of Singapore regulatory reports.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Team player and able to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports to Singapore regulators (e.g., MAS 610).
Assist in monitoring and managing key metrics related to reports and data accuracy.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency of regulatory reporting.
Work with peers and program leaders on regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
Collaborate with Risk & Controls to maintain effective internal control structures.
Escalate issues related to processes, reports, or procedures as needed.
Apply disciplinary knowledge to regulatory reporting and assess risk in business decisions.
