Job summary

Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) seeks a policy-oriented professional to shape licensing rules for telecoms, digital infrastructure and postal sectors in Singapore. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in telecommunications, postal, data centre and/or cloud computing sectors.
• Strong analytical skills to integrate diverse information across domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Resourceful, proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
• Independent, team-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review licensing policy and regulatory frameworks for telecom, digital infrastructure and postal sectors.
• Evaluate licence applications from data centre operators and cloud service providers.
• Collaborate with IMDA teams and government agencies across economic, security, resilience and sustainability domains.
• Implement licensing frameworks and ensure conditions are effective and achievable.
• Handle industry queries on licensing-related matters.
