The Regulatory Escalations Manager will own end-to-end resolution of time-sensitive regulatory escalations across Meta's Family of Apps, coordinating with Legal, Policy, Communications, and Engineering to ensure timely responses within SLAs.

The role combines human judgment with AI-assisted operations, developing scalable workflows and runbooks to improve consistency and speed of resolution across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, escalations management, trust and safety, legal operations, government affairs, or a related operational field involving regulatory risk.
• Experience managing time-sensitive, high-stakes situations with sound judgment and the ability to drive resolution with minimal supervision.
• Experience synthesizing complex regulatory, legal, or policy information into clear written communications.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve high-priority regulatory escalations end-to-end, including government inquiries and cross-jurisdictional incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional response strategies with Legal, Policy, Communications, Engineering, and other partners.
• Synthesize regulatory context and risk assessments into executive-level communications for leadership.
