Job summary

Meta is seeking a Regulatory Escalations Manager to own and resolve the most complex, time-sensitive regulatory escalations across its Family of Apps. You will coordinate with Legal, Policy, Communications, and Engineering to translate regulatory complexity into decisive actions and scalable workflows, protecting Meta and users.

You will design AI-assisted workflows and runbooks, evaluate AI outputs, and help evolve policy and product responses across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, escalations management, trust and safety, legal operations, or related operational field involving regulatory risk.
• Experience managing time-sensitive, high-stakes situations with sound judgment and the ability to drive resolution with minimal supervision.
• Experience synthesizing complex regulatory, legal, or policy information into clear written communications for leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve high-priority regulatory escalations end-to-end, including government inquiries and cross-jurisdictional incidents.
• Coordinate cross-functional response strategies across Legal, Policy, Communications, Engineering, and other partners.
• Synthesize regulatory context and risk assessments into structured executive-level communications for leadership.
