Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Manager in the Regulation Division to uphold Singapore's private education standards and ensure that Training Providers and Private Education Institutions comply with SWDA regulations, contributing to consumer protection and a skilled workforce.

The role leads regulatory and enforcement activities, conducts inspections, and reviews policies, with an emphasis on innovation and data-driven improvements to compliance tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant regulatory experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure TPs meeting SWDA funding standards and registrations.
• Inspection and Enforcement: Lead inspections for compliance with the Private Education Act and SWDA requirements.
• Policy and Framework Review: Review legislation and policies to remain relevant and effective.
• Innovation and Process Enhancement: Use data analytics and AI to improve tools and processes.
