Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Officer to support the schools' regulatory and accreditation activities in Singapore. The role involves implementing and reporting on SWDA-related requirements, audits, and policy governance to ensure adherence to laws and internal policies.

You will work with multiple departments to maintain compliance trackers, assist in audits, and support data governance and training across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, QA, or regulatory roles.
• Knowledge of SWDA (SSG) and related compliance issues.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SWDA, CIS, WASC) is a plus.
• Experience with audits and governance processes.
• Ability to manage policies, records, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programme operations, monitoring, and reporting to regulators and accreditors.
• Maintain compliance trackers, audit logs, and reports for management review.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Develop and manage policy documents and centralised filing.
• Support data governance and protection requirements across the school network.
