Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate to work with a Singapore Government Agency. Responsibilities include handling court applications, managing eLitigation tasks, and providing assistance to self-represented users. Responsibilities

  • Handle counter duty and follow up on phone enquiries about applications and court-processes.
  • Assist self-represented users for Probate, Mental Capacity Act, and Adoption applications.
  • Process court orders and other tasks within required timelines.
  • Manage high-volume eLitigation applications and support grant issuance.
  • Organize and maintain hearing/case conference schedules weekly.
  • Seek directions from Judicial Officers and update applications accordingly.
  • Notify relevant parties of upcoming sessions via proper channels.
