You will translate business and regulatory needs into a focused regional program, lead a team of trainers, manage budgets and vendors, and drive continuous improvement in learning technology and data.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: solid learning and development experience across sites or countries; regulated-industry experience is a strong advantage.
• Track record of delivering through people who do not report to them — matrix, dotted-line and vendor-based delivery, plus team leadership.
• Learning technology fluency, comfort with training data, and budget experience including work with business leaders and SCM.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation methods.
• Facilitation experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and in regional language(s)

Responsibilities

• Drive regional training delivery: Build and manage the annual training plan and calendar in partnership with business leaders, HR, Training Program Owners, and regional leadership.
• Identify opportunities for shared cohorts, reusable learning assets, common vendors, and more efficient delivery models.
• Co-design learning solutions with subject-matter experts who own the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles, and ensure consistent delivery quality across employees, internal trainers, dotted-line resources, and external vendors.
• Maintain sufficient qualified trainer capacity, monitor certification currency, and ensure that required training records and supporting evidence are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
• Manage the regional Academy community: lead the local team and build a connected community of trainers.
• Consolidate regional training activity, budgets, attendance, qualifications, and costs into a reliable view.
• Coordinate the regional vendor panel in partnership with SCM and maintain accurate information in the learning platform.
• Use learning platform data to improve outcomes and evaluate effectiveness.
• Deliver regional leadership modules and support leadership workshops as required.
• Build partnerships across functions, cultures, and locations to promote Academy adoption
