You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and partners, run market research, manage inventory and budgets, and lead training to boost adoption and sales. The role requires regional exposure, diplomacy, and travel within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience with PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) management and budgeting.
• Data-driven decision making with strong planning and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written English; regional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional product management to achieve business objectives, including sales, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and regional business objectives.
• Establish and maintain structured processes to ensure a professional and strategic approach to business activities within the product category.
• Lead regional sales & marketing initiatives, including collaborations with third-party media partners, ensuring timely execution and impactful results to maximise ROI.
• Partner with industry professionals to deliver workshops and training sessions that boost product adoption and sales across the region.
• Oversee PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) across the region to optimise stock levels and ensure timely product availability.
