Job summary

Joinimagine in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to manage and grow a regional customer portfolio within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. You will lead business development strategies, align with regional stakeholders, and drive profitable growth through innovative services.

The role requires deep sector experience, cross-functional collaboration with product and operations teams, and the ability to conduct regular business reviews with external customers to ensure service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing major key accounts at a regional and/or global level.
• Experience within the Technology sector, particularly in semiconductor and data center logistics, is highly advantageous.
• Mandarin language proficiency will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer engagement of the assigned portfolio.
• Develop and perform business development strategies and activities to deliver profitable growth.
• Support global and regional sector initiatives and drive engagement with stakeholders through an account development plan.
• Develop Customer Account Plans and Win Plans aligned with regional stakeholders for RFIs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Key Account Managers, and Bid Management teams to align customer plans.
• Conduct regular performance discussions with Country KAMs and OKAMs/PMs.
