Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Regional Technical Pre-Engagement Manager, Deploy, to drive pre-engagement activities across the region. You will align technical capabilities with client needs and oversee the end-to-end Digital Deploy initiatives, partnering with regional sales, Digital Labs, and delivery teams to maximize client value.

You will lead technical scoping, feasibility analyses, and vendor management while ensuring alignment with Mastercard's core products and global strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or digital product delivery.
• Experience collaborating with business development, product, and engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-engagement discussions with clients and align Digital Deploy capabilities with client needs.
• Assess client environments, scope feasibility, and guide best practices for Mastercard solutions.
• Track regional pre-engagement activities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure governance compliance.
• Partner with sales, Digital Labs, and delivery teams to convert opportunities into value-driven engagements.
