Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Group Tax Manager in Singapore to oversee group-wide tax matters, including consolidation, disclosures, and Pillar Two compliance. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management to report to senior management and the Board.

You will drive tax reporting improvements, monitor changes in Pillar Two and ensure timely filings, working with auditors and cross-functional finance teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with an accounting and/or tax qualification.
• Strong technical and operational tax accounting experience gained in-house or in practice. Experience with Pillar 2 preferred.
• An excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Proven ability to build relationships across the business, lead people and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Group-wide tax matters and ensure accurate reporting within the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
• Own the Group tax consolidation process and preparation of tax disclosures for the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate responses to tax-related queries.
• Prepare tax reporting and analysis for senior management and Board reporting, communicating complex tax matters to non-tax stakeholders.
• Lead forecasting and monitoring of the Group’s effective tax rate with finance teams.
• Manage Pillar Two compliance and reporting, coordinating with external advisers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor Pillar Two developments and assess impact on the Group.
• Own the Group’s Country-by-Country Reporting obligations across jurisdictions.
• Drive continuous improvement of tax reporting processes, controls and governance.
