Suntory Beverage & Food Asia PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Talent Partner for Asia to translate global talent priorities into regional solutions and ensure consistent execution of core talent processes across units.

You will lead governance, analytics, and capability building, partnering with Head of Talent Asia & Oceania, BU Talent Partners, and P&C leaders to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession outcomes across Asia.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of P&C experience with strong Talent Management and Leadership Development
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Succession Planning, Career Development, and Performance Management
  • Proven experience managing talent programs and projects from planning through implementation and continuous improvement
  • Regional or global experience across multiple markets, functions, or business units
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management, change management, stakeholder consulting, and influencing skills
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and ability to work effectively across diverse markets
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates continuous improvement and Suntory Leadership Spirit
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Asia Regional Functions and P&C teams on talent priorities, workforce capability, and succession planning
  • Lead regional Talent Reviews, calibration, and succession discussions
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent risks, mobility, development, and leadership pipelines
  • Drive regional talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development
  • Coordinate Performance Management, Talent Review, IDP, and 360° processes
  • Ensure alignment with global talent frameworks, governance, timelines, and data standards
  • Oversee regional talent cycle execution and ensure consistency across markets and functions
  • Standardise and simplify talent processes through continuous improvement, automation, and effective governance
  • Monitor talent data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Lead regional talent projects across career development, leadership development, engagement, performance, and talent technology
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance talent processes, tools, and employee experience
  • Provide talent consulting and subject-matter expertise to P&C and business leaders
  • Build talent management capability through workshops, coaching, and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional, and BU teams to embed consistent and effective talent practices

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Regional Talent Partner, Asia plays a key role in shaping and enabling Suntory's talent strategy across Asia. The role translates global talent priorities into practical, scalable regional solutions while ensuring consistent execution of core talent processes across Business Units and Regional Functions.

As a regional subject matter expert in Talent Management, you will provide governance, expertise, tools, and capability support across Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Development, and Talent Analytics. Working closely with the Head of Talent Asia &Oceania, BU Talent Partners, P&C leaders, and the Global Talent CoE, you will drive alignment with global methodologies while ensuring solutions are relevant to local business needs.

In addition, you will act as the Talent Partner for Asia Regional Functions, partnering with functional leaders and Regional P&C teams to strengthen talent strategies, leadership pipelines, succession outcomes, and organisational capability. Through data-driven insights, stakeholder consulting, and project leadership, you will help build a connected, future-ready talent ecosystem that supports Suntory's sustainable growth across Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Regional Talent Partnering
  • Partner with Asia Regional Functions and P&C teams on talent priorities, workforce capability, and succession planning.
  • Lead regional Talent Reviews, calibration, and succession discussions.

Talent Strategy & Succession
