Job summary

You will oversee scope, budgets, schedules, and quality, while mentoring teams and guiding knowledge transfer across large programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/BA or BS in business, technology or engineering or relevant business experience.
• Master of Arts or Science preferred.
• 20+ years in business/consulting environment.
• 5+ years business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior project or program manager or director on highly complex engagements across stages and phases.
• Manage client expectations within defined scope of engagement and oversee budget, schedule and quality.
• Contribute to development and implementation of strategic direction and objectives of a solution; build relationships with clients and partners.
• Lead knowledge transfer and mentorship; drive continuous improvement and change management efforts.

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Science, preferably in business, technology, or engineering OR relevant business experience

Master of Arts or Science

20+ years experience in a business/consulting environment

5+ years business development experience
