Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a regional creative retail designer to develop high-end 3D store concepts and visual merchandising, guiding them from ideation through execution across the region.

You will lead projects, translate briefs into immersive environments, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure concepts are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the brand identity.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D conceptualisation and visualisation skills.
• Experience developing creative concepts from brief through to execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative 3D retail concepts and spatial experiences that reflect the brand identity.
• Create store layouts, fixtures, displays and visual merchandising concepts for retail environments.
• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate execution of concepts.
• Research emerging retail design trends to introduce fresh ideas.
