Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a regional creative retail designer to develop high-end 3D store concepts and visual merchandising, guiding them from ideation through execution across the region.

You will lead projects, translate briefs into immersive environments, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure concepts are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the brand identity.

• Experience developing creative concepts from brief through to execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Job description

Our client a renowned Retail MNC is going through their next phase of growth. As such, they are hiring a regional creative retail designer to develop high-end 3D store and visual merchandising concepts, and drive them from creative ideation through execution regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative 3D retail concepts and spatial experiences that enhance customer engagement and reflect the brand's visual identity.
• Create store layouts, fixtures, displays and visual merchandising concepts, translating creative ideas into practical retail environments.
• Lead design projects from initial concept and visualisation through to final delivery, managing timelines, budgets and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure concepts are accurately executed.
• Research emerging retail design trends to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.

Key Requirements:

• Strong 3D conceptualisation and visualisation skills, with proficiency in tools (3D Max, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience developing creative concepts from brief through to execution.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage timelines, vendors, budgets and deliverables.
