Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks a Senior Creative Designer, Retail Design, to originate, develop, and deliver high-end 3D design solutions for Southeast Asia–Oceania retail projects. You will translate Sephora's Brand DNA into design concepts and manage projects from concept through execution.

You will lead with independence, collaborating with Store Design, Creative, Marketing, and Retail Projects teams to ensure innovative, brand-aligned customer experiences across SEAO markets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in creative design, retail design, interior design or architecture.
• Hands-on experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
• Extensive exposure to beauty, fashion, luxury, or customer-facing retail environments is advantageous.
• Excellent ability to translate brand DNA and briefs into innovative 3D design solutions.
• High proficiency in 3D rendering software: 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end 3D design solutions for SEAO retail projects.
• Develop new store concepts including layouts and customer flow.
• Create Creative Visual Merchandising concepts aligned with brand DNA.
• Lead projects from concept to execution with independent management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for timely delivery.
• Manage timelines and budgets to Sephora guidelines.
