Job summary

Samsung Electronics seeks an experienced SCM professional to support regional planning across SEA and Oceania. You will coordinate demand and supply planning, consolidate data, and prepare management insights.

You will analyze forecasts, monitor inventory, and assist in new product launches, promotions, and EOL management. The role requires strong Excel/SAP skills and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in SCM, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Operations Planning, or related functions.
• Experience in multinational companies or regional environments is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or ERP systems preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional SCM planning across SEA & Oceania with HQ guidelines.
• Prepare regular SCM reports, dashboards, and insights for management.
• Support demand/supply planning, inventory management, and forecasting activities.
• Review forecasts from subsidiaries and validate planning assumptions and risks.
• Assist in inventory optimization, safety stock, and SKU rationalization.
• Lead SCM process improvement projects and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate regional SCM meetings and follow up with teams.
• Support new product launches and product transitions.
