Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior professional to lead regional demand forecasting and the SIOP process, aligning Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and business planning.

You will manage inventory performance, optimize price, profitability and scenario analyses to identify growth opportunities, while driving cost-reduction and efficiency across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering (required).
• 7+ years in demand planning, commercial analytics, or revenue management.
• Strong business acumen with solid P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand forecasting and the SIOP process with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Manage inventory performance, address gaps, reduce excess stock, support launches and lifecycle planning.
• Conduct pricing, profitability, margin and scenario analyses to identify revenue opportunities.
• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement across regional operations.
• Oversee order processing, pricing accuracy, credit controls and ERP processes; improve order workflows.
• Monitor sales, orders, fulfilment, backlog and promotions; provide insights against targets.
• Partner with General Manager SEA to deliver market intelligence and cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional demand forecasting and the SIOP process, aligning Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy and business planning
• Manage inventory performance, address demand-supply gaps, reduce excess stock and support new product launches, SKU phasing and end-of-life planning
• Conduct pricing, profitability, margin and scenario analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across regional operations to enhance efficiency and overall financial performance.
• Oversee order processing, pricing accuracy, credit controls and ERP processes while improving order management workflows and governance.
• Monitor sales, order intake, fulfilment, backlog, promotions and credit notes, providing management with actionable insights against targets
• Act as a key partner to the General Manager SEA, providing business cases, market intelligence, competitive insights and cross-functional support to drive regional growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 7 years in demand planning, commercial analytics, or revenue management, preferably within aconsumer goods, retail or eCommerce environment.
