Job summary

third party consulting pte. ltd. seeks an experienced SAP Manager to oversee the regional SAP landscape, governance frameworks, and control management. You will coordinate AMS vendors and consultants, drive SAP architecture design, and translate business needs into SAP solutions for multi-country deployments.

The role emphasizes project leadership, performance optimization, security, and compliance, with collaboration across business teams and end-users to ensure successful SAP enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• SAP module certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, ABAP), PMP, ITIL, or other project management credentials are highly desirable
• Over 6 to 8 years of technical experience in SAP and its products, preferably with S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture, technology stack, ABAP/PO/PI development, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Proven leadership and project management experience in ERP implementation projects, including leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements, and designing SAP-enabled solutions
• Vendor management experience in application support environments and regional support across multi-country SAP environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to communicate effectively with business and cross-functional teams and understand process management structures

Responsibilities

• Manage Application Management Services (AMS) vendors, partners, and consultants to ensure effective SAP support and delivery
• Design and take ownership of overall SAP architecture solutions to meet organizational needs
• Translate major business requirements into SAP solutions by acting as the liaison between business teams and external execution partners
• Plan and drive SAP rollout projects across regional entities, ensuring timely and successful deployment
• Maintain and optimize SAP system management to enhance system performance and operational efficiency
• Lead and coordinate SAP project management from initiation to closure, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards
• Collaborate with functional SAP end-users and business teams to provide ongoing functional support and resolve issues
• Develop SAP solutions that align system functionality with operational goals based on business requirements
• Develop and enforce SAP policies, continuously monitor system performance, security, and availability, and implement necessary upgrades
• Ensure SAP governance frameworks, processes, access management, and system controls comply with organizational standards to protect sensitive business and financial information
• Stay updated on SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous system enhancements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
