Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Lead

Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong SAP S/4HANA background to lead end-to-end delivery across SAP modules, governance, and multi-stakeholder environments in the APAC region, with Singapore citizen eligibility for government-related projects.

You will oversee project initiation through stabilization, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors to ensure successful deployments and steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of total IT experience with at least 8 years in SAP project delivery.
• Led at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience managing SAP AMS / support operations in S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, PM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Activate and project management frameworks.
• PM/PRINCE2/PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to drive delivery in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Government project sensitivity requires Singapore Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations from initiation to stabilization.
• Define scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee SAP AMS and ongoing maintenance/enhancement workstreams.
• Ensure governance, quality standards, and audit/compliance.
• Manage relationships with business leaders, IT, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors and internal staff.
• Drive change management and organizational readiness for deployments.
