Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Programme Manager to oversee a regional SAP transformation program across multiple workstreams and functions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, align technology with business needs, and drive timely delivery of key milestones. The role requires strong governance, KPI development, risk management, and hands-on problem solving, with travel across the APAC region approximately 25% or more.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading full lifecycle ERP/SAP transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Director across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Lead rollout and integration of SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow across regions.
• Develop and manage the overall program plan, budget, governance, reporting, risks and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Collaborate with IT and business to align solutions across regions and functions.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify risks, issues and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution with SMEs.
• Monitor project health via KPIs and dashboards and implement corrective actions.
• Travel within APAC ~25%+.
