Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience in a related industry.
• 1+ year of managing sales programs or a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of people.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers sales plans to drive quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
• Partners with Marketing to implement sales and marketing programs.
• Forecasts sales and gross profit, sets territories and quotas.
• Manages a sales team, coaching staff and evaluating results.
• Maintains relationships with top customers and drives growth.
