Taylor & Francis Group in Singapore is seeking a Head of Sales to lead the company’s sales across Singapore and South-East Asia, driving revenue growth and strengthening market position in journals, books, eBooks, and digital content.

As a member of the leadership team, you will deliver revenue and profit objectives, set strategic plans, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand into new geographies while staying focused on customer-centric delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong verbal and written business communication.
• Significant experience leading sales teams and achieving targets.
• Proven ability to drive results in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of the academic publishing industry or eBooks/journals.

Responsibilities

• Develop 1–3 year territory plans for Singapore and SEA.
• Lead a sales team to grow market share and revenue.
• Implement data-driven sales strategy and KPI tracking.
• Represent TF externally and pursue large, strategic deals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand TF coverage.
